In accordance with Article 13 subsection 1 and subsection 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/W (hereinafter GDPR) we would like to inform you that:

  2. The Controller has assigned a Data Protection Officer, whom you may contact via e-mail at iod@amuz.edu.pl
  3. Your data will be processed in order to fulfil the requirements of student application procedure. Your data will be processed in agreement with Art. 70 subsection 3 of the Polish Act on Science and Higher Education of 20 July 2018 (hereinafter the Act), as well as § 15 subsection 1 subpoint (1) of the Regulation by the Minister for Science and Higher Education issued on 27 September 2018 (hereinafter the Regulation) relating to studies.
  4. The Controller will not share your personal data with third states or international organisations.
  5. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of educational process and will be retained for the period of 50 years (in compliance with § 15 subsection 4 of the Regulation). Any documents supplied by the applicants who were not awarded university admittance will be stored for the period of 6 months.
  6. You have the right to access any personal data you shared. You have the right to correct, request transfer of or remove your personal data shared as well as to limit its processing or object to the use of your data. You may view all your personal data shared via the application system after log-in.
  7. You have the right to raise a concern with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. To participate in the application process you are required to share your personal data. Personal data is shared in agreement with the herein mentioned laws. If you decline sharing your personal data, you will be unable to proceed with the application process.
  9. Your personal data will undergo no automated data processing.
  10. Once you are accepted to the Academy, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of educational process and any legal obligations on part of the Controller.
